My goal in therapy is to provide a judgement-free, genuine, collaborative space where I can help clients explore themselves and learn skills to pursue their goals and live the life they want to live. I use evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and behavioral activation (BA), to address a range of mental health concerns.
I have specialty training in women’s mental health, in particular providing treatment for anxiety, OCD, and depression during pregnancy and postpartum.
I have earned a master’s and doctoral degree in clinical psychology from CU Boulder, a master’s in clinical psychology from Boston University, and a bachelors in psychology from Humboldt State University in California.
I am an affiliate of Boulder Center for CBT (https://www.bouldercbt.com/)
